Have you ever started reading a book and had the realization that this is the exact book you needed to read? Well, I’ve been having that exact experience with Jen Sincero’s You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life. I’ve listened to it on Audible many times, but I recently picked up a paperback copy and it’s been speaking directly to my heart and soul. Sound dramatic? Maybe. But it’s absolutely true.

Today’s Mini Meditation Episode shares one of my favorite excerpts from You Are a Badass and I hope it inspires you to take, what Jen calls, hell-bent-for-glory action. Can I get an amen?!
