This year I finally realized that it’s time to prioritize rest 💤
I’ve been in the early years of parenting for a while now, and recently I had the reazliation that when someone asks me how I am, I usually respond with…”tired.” And honestly, I don’t want to be that person any more. I want to feel energetic, vivacious, and strong! So that’s what my personal focus is for 2023, and here’s how I’m going about it using habit tracking, a restful evening routine, and purpose morning routine, and layering physical activity into my day!
