“There’s no evidence of false hope. No one is hopeless. There is hope for you.”
Today, certified life coach, mindset expert, and joy enthusiast, Graciela Moore, joins me on the podcast.
Graciela shares with us how she once noticed a pattern of having to wait for things to unfold in her life, and how this process of waiting made her feel angry or even desperate at times. In time though, she came to realize that in the waiting there’s the opportunity to embrace hope. And it’s been her mission ever since to share this experience of hope, gratitude, and joy with others.
Graciela also shares with us what it’s like to be an HSP (highly sensitive person), and that oftentimes HSPs are oftentimes labeled as “too sensitive, too dramatic or too touchy.” But throughout this conversation, we learn how she’s taken this perceived “weakness” and turned it into an absolute strength.
Together, let’s take one step towards hope every day.
P.S. Are you wondering if you are a HSP? If so you can take a quick quiz here.

Kate’s Joyful Corner
This week I’m grateful for something so simple but is having a big impact on my quality of life, and that would be what my husband and I call my Michael Jackson gloves!
I bought these white cotton gloves to sleep in at night because I have issues in the winter with dry, cracked, painful hands. And I don’t mean little cuts. I mean cracks that split open at the corner of my fingers that are really, really painful. My knuckles also get really red and dry and break open. I end up looking like I’ve gone a few rounds in the boxing ring because my hands get so beat up!
For a while I would super glue these cuts until they could heal because it’s so painful.
But I recently did some research online and found I’m not the only one suffering from this and there were several solutions to try. So I bought my white gloves off of Amazon and a really good moisturizer (love me some Burt’s Bees!) and I’ve been wearing them to bed every night. And it’s been making such a difference!
It was a little strange at first wearing these to sleep, but now that I’m used to it I’m so grateful that these simple gloves and lotion combo are helping heal my hands.
