As we move into a fresh new year and set our goals it’s important to take time to reflect on the past year. What went well, what didn’t go well, what lessons we’re grateful to have learned, and what we’re choosing to release and leave in the past year. After this reflection process, we move onto setting goals for the new year that are aspirational and attainable!
But this year, what if instead of trying to overhaul everything all at once we choose to make one small change at a time. Let’s focus on one purpose-aligned habit at a time, and once it’s a seamless part of our day we move onto the next habit! Because if we can change one thing to make ourselves 1% better than we were yesterday, that’s a win in my book. And most important of all, that’s sustainable and leads to huge improvements over time!
