It’s a new year and with it comes excitement and new possibilities! 

Today I’m embracing that excitement and am sharing a Yung Pueblo inspired meditation with you. It’s my hope for you in this new year that you stay in touch with what’s in your heart, that you embrace the goals and vision you have for 2023, and that you make time for what feels important to you!

And as we meditate together – either sitting or even as a walking meditation – let’s reflect on Yung Pueblo’s insights as he writes, “The energy for 2023 is feeling good about saying no often. So you can focus on what you actually want to do. If it doesn’t click with your intuition, it’s not for you.”

So friend, what are you saying yes to in 2023, and what are you leaving behind for 2022? Let’s meditate together and embrace the fresh start of a new year together.
