There is something incredibly powerful that happens when you keep showing up for yourself. And you don’t have to do it perfectly (heck no!). Show up, embrace the mess, and honor the process, because there is so much joy that’s found in showing up for yourself.
Friends!! I am so excited for this 100th episode and to celebrate it here with you!
Today I’m sharing how I embraced imperfect action when I started the podcast two years ago, how I continue to choose being brave over perfect still today, and how the podcast has kept me committed to my own personal growth journey.
Through this journey, I’ve learned to show up, do what feels hard and outside my current comfort zone, and eventually to feel an increased sense of self-worth and self-love that’s cultivated through this process.
Milestones like this take time and discipline to achieve, and it’s done one step at a time. And over time, this consistency starts to compound.
Today I want to encourage you to show up for yourself, do the thing that’s been on your heart, or set a goal that makes you just a little bit nervous. And remember, friend, keep showing up and keep learning because there is no failure. It’s all a fail-forward and another step in the learning process.
So, if you are ready to embrace the very best version of yourself, press play and let’s grow together.
