Today, I am welcoming Talia Joy of The Awakening Her Podcast onto the show. Talia is a manifestation mentor who is obsessed with helping lightworkers, seekers, and empaths to create a “pinch-me” life filled with purpose, abundance, and joy. Now that’s something I can get behind!
Today we share a conversation all about:
✨ The Law of Attraction
✨ What it’s like to experience the world as an empath or highly sensitive person (HSP)
✨ Self-care practices for empaths
✨ And how to best support the empaths in your life
My takeaway from our time together was truly empowered to fully step into myself. And what I might have once seen as a quirk before I now know is just part of being me and embracing all that encompasses. For me, that means being a highly sensitive person, and there’s such a freedom and no longer apologizing for what makes you feel different and instead celebrating it within yourself.
In listening to this episode, I hope you too walk away feeling empowered to love and celebrate yourself exactly as you are today, even while making progress in the direction of your dreams!

The Live By Design Collective
It’s easy to fall into the rinse and repeat rhythm of life: parenting, work, caregiving, errands, and to-dos always seem to take the front seat while your self-care, creativity, and passions ride in the back.
And guess what, friend? You’re the only one who can change this. You get to decide to live by design, not by default.
The LBD Collective is your hype girl community, sacred sisterhood, and health coach in your back pocket – it’s 2 hours monthly of me-time to help you turn your spark back on.
So if you loved this episode – if it made you feel seen, heard, or included – then the LBD Collective is your place to keep the conversation going, and we want you part of it.

Kate’s Joyful Corner
As many of you know, my brother’s been in the ICU for some time now battling pneumonia, and I recently flew down to support my family during this difficult season.
This was my first flight since the pandemic started back in 2020, and it was so wild to be back in an airport again. And I was traveling solo, so it was even crazier to travel without my kiddos in tow too!
So I took advantage of the time to myself and watched The Devil Wears Prada during my travels. Did you know that this movie came out in 2006 🤯 when I was a senior in high school 😱. I totally did not think that movie was as old as it is – it blew my mind!
But I really enjoy this movie and I think Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep are amazing in it. And it was nostalgic re-watching it, and more importantly, it brought me a lot of joy!
If you have a favorite throwback movie as well, come slide into my DM’s on Instagram and let me know what it is because I’m all about riding the throwback movie train!
