Welcome to June! This month we are focusing on pursuing our purpose while loving the journey we’re on, and in that spirit we open this month with a mini meditation inspired by @jamievaron.
Jamie’s all about sustainable self-growth and feeling your feelings. And what I appreciate so deeply about Jamie is that her work leaves me feeling uplifted, encouraged, and inspired. It’s my hope is that in using her work as inspiration for today’s meditation, that Jamie’s words can do the same for you.
