I am so excited to welcome my amazing cousin Jamie Hill back onto the podcast! You may remember Jamie from when she was on the pod in January 2021 when she talked about When Enough Was Enough and her bonus episode focused on Dreaming Big.
Today, Jamie is back and she shares with us how the last year has been a season of growth and the lessons she’s learned of embracing an abundance of love, gratitude, joy, courage and bravery.
Jamie left her 9-5 corporate job in 2021, and she is now home full time with her two young daughters, homeschooling them, and renovating her dream home…all while building a thriving business!
Jamie credits her success to some fundamental practices she implemented over the last year such as:
- Meditating
- Cultivating Self-Awareness
- Identifying what she wants vs what she doesn’t want
- Journaling
- Guided Manifestation
- Awareness of how she speaks to herself
- Moving her body daily
- Personal Development
Jamie built her dream business through Pruvit and shares how she decided she needed to start taking better care of her physical body as well as her mindset. So you won’t want to miss when Jamie and I talk about drinking Ketones, which can put your body into a start of Ketosis within 59 minutes, and how it was pivotal in helping Jamie lose 55 pounds! I’ve been taking Ketones as well since September 2020 and they’ve helped me achieve better sleep, have more energy, and I’ve noticed a difference in my postpartum hair loss and my skin. You can learn more about ketones, ketosis, and how to drink PTKs here!
If you are ready to lean into your own season of growth, change, and bravery press play and let’s grow together.

Have you joined The Live By Design Co Club?
Here’s what one of our Club Members has to say about her experience so far!
“I’m thrilled to be part of the LBD Co Club! In a world where we often can feel judged, lonely, and stuck – I want to surround myself with strong people who raise each other up, find the everyday joys, and be the best version of myself even on hard days.”
Ready to live 2022 with intention? Then The Live By Design Co Club was made just for you!
Meet Jamie
I’m a Jersey girl – born and raised, wife, and mama to two beautiful toddler girls! My life is a busy and wild ride, so hang on tight! I recently divorced Corporate America and am focused on changing the lives of everyone I meet and inspiring them to be the BEST versions of themselves! I’m a die-hard animal advocate, ketoish-lovin’ lady who wakes up every day to live my life intentionally and purposefully.
I believe my purpose here on earth is to show all HUMANS that there is SO MUCH more to their lives rather than a 9-5, ceilinged (is that a word?) career with only two weeks out of the year to: explore, travel, relax, uncover a hidden talent.

This week I am incredibly grateful for the Headspace app! As you know I LOVE to meditate and even host meditations here on The Live By Design Podcast. But I too like to press play, close my eyes, and be guided through a meditation.
Oftentimes in the morning I will meditate to a favorite song and just sit, breathe, and be present. I also like to do guided meditations with Headspace, and I recently discovered Sleepscapes on the app which are awesome!
Sometimes I have a hard time at night turning off my brain. Like, my body is exhausted but my mind is too busy to turn off. And if reading doesn’t help me unwind, I will turn on sleep scapes. They are these really cool mini stories. I have three favorites: Rainy Day Antiques 1, Rainy Day Antiques 2 and Loch Dormant.
The Rainy Day Antiques walk you through the store and describes what they see in beautiful detail, and not in a boring way but in a “tell me more!” kind of way. And because it’s a rainy day there is the soft pitter patter of rain that plays in the background which is so soothing and lovely. I always fall asleep during these, I may have only stayed awake for a full story once!
Loch Dormant takes place in Scotland and it describes this lovely cabin that is right on the water. It describes the loch and the greenery that surrounds it. And it’s narrated by someone with the most beautiful Scottish accent. So, obviously, now I want to visit Scotland!
So this week I am grateful for beautiful soothing stories on the nights that it takes a little longer to fall asleep.
